Meet Fay

My Story

Fay serves as the dynamic Chief Executive of CANDI, infusing the organization with her extensive experience and heartfelt dedication to the autistic and neurodiverse community. Her passion for creating inclusive environments where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive is evident in both her personal and professional life.

With a robust background that encompasses teaching, psychology, clinical hypnotherapy, and life coaching, Fay has held specialized roles, including EBSA and Autism Mentor, as well as Autism Support Officer for a respected local charity. This diverse skill set is complemented by her invaluable perspective as a parent to two remarkable daughters: Jade, a dedicated teacher at a local SEND school, and Rhiannon, who embraces her neurodivergence while working proudly as a barista at our community café, The Hub.

Fay’s vision for CANDI is both straightforward and impactful: to celebrate diversity, enhance wellbeing, and create opportunities that enable individuals of all abilities to connect, grow, and flourish together.
