Fay Hicks

Fay, our Chief Executive at CANDI, is dedicated to the neurodiverse and wider community. With a background in teaching, psychology, hypnotherapy, and, life coaching, she fosters inclusive environments. As a parent of two daughters—one a SEND teacher and the other a neurodivergent barista—Fay's vision is to celebrate diversity and opportunities for all to connect and thrive. Fay actively works to promote CANDI and is looking for Fundraisers, volunteers and members of the Community to join CANDI and support what we do.

Simon Watts 

Simon, the cheerful face welcoming you, or behind the scenes in the kitchen, at Rhiannon's Cafe. With years of experience in the Public Domain, Simon takes pleasure in creating and serving our incredible menu to you.
As a fantastic Manager, he always makes time for our staff, volunteers, and trainees. Simon also brings valuable lived experience of Neurodiversity to the Community and is known for his humour and kindness.

Louisa Hodge

Louisa is a Director of CANDI.  She is AUHD herself and has a deep understanding of the creativity and potential of the Community. A member of 3 different bands and actively creative herself she loves to share her talents at our clubs, events and Festivals. A dedicated mother of two neurodiverse young people, she values her family life privately. Under Louisa's leadership, Rhiannon's café exudes warmth and creativity.

Sharon Morgan

Sharon, the Community Expert at CANDI, has extensive experience supporting individuals in finding meaningful enjoyment in their lives. Her dedication and passion for the community are evident in her work.
As a parent of a child with additional needs, she fosters empathy and inclusivity. With years of managing charity services, Sharon has built a network within the community, ensuring that you feel welcome supported.
