What is Crossing Bridges?
Crossing Bridges is CANDI's annual community challenge promoting and championing inclusivity.
This April, individuals, families, businesses and schools will walk, wheel or cycle across bridges in London and beyond — raising funds to create accessible, inclusive experiences across our community.
Every bridge crossed represents connection, courage and belonging.
Every distance is equal. Every bridge matters.

Why CANDI Created Crossing Bridges
At CANDI, we believe in building bridges — between communities, abilities, generations and businesses.
Bridges connect places that might otherwise remain separate.
They require courage to cross.
And they represent movement, growth and possibility.
Crossing Bridges was created as an annual community challenge for inclusivity — a space where everyone can take part in their own way.
For some, that might mean 30 miles at sunrise.
For others, it might mean 2 miles with a support worker, a wheelchair, a child or a dog.
Every distance is equal.
Every bridge matters.
This challenge isn’t about competition.
It’s about connection.
When we cross bridges together, we build a more inclusive community.
